For Set 3 Q2 XAT gave the answer as D with the reasoning that panipat customers may also appreciate the use of organic vegetables like connaught place so changing the brand name for the duration of the status quo to Ram's name will ensure that the brand of Mohan will stay safe. Although I want to add that I too went with B as I did not understand the reasoning prior to looking for the answer.

In set 3 question 2
Option D is the best as Businessman 4 states that customers of Panipat may in future appreciate what Connaught place customers appreciate today, i.e. premium quality organic vegetables, which is the speciality of that branch. Therefore, not worrying about ingredients can hinder the growth of business if Panipat customers start preferring premium quality vegetables. Thus, worrying about the ingredients is also one of the necessary concerns. Going by this logic, option B can be eliminated. Thanks!

Here the question is asking for what will be the most appropriate options backing up Mr opportunist claims for standing in the election from the party. Since he needs to proof his claims to be strong enough so we need to pick such options that must not violate against that and it should not also weaken it therefore should also proof why we should not nominate Mr loyal hence B is the correct one.
